The context
MGMS Multiservices brings together two companies based in L'Albenc, Isère. MGMS Travaux Publics & Paysagers does asphalt, earthworks, roadworks and outdoor landscaping. MGMS Cleaning 38 handles extreme cleaning: unsanitary housing, hoarding situations, after a death, house clearance. All across Isère, Drôme, Rhône and Ain.
The problem
Two companies run by the same couple, one in public works and landscaping, the other in post-incident cleaning, house clearance and hoarding situations. Two trades with nothing in common for a customer, two logos, two company numbers, and a single Gmail address for everything. No website, no Google profile, across a four-department area.
Two websites would have doubled the cost, hosting and SEO work, for two companies sharing the same phone number. A single one risked mixing a customer looking for asphalt with a family looking for a post-death cleaning. The worlds had to be kept apart without splitting the site.
The solution
A single domain with one hub per activity, each with its own logo, colour and legal notice. Ten service pages and eight department pages to answer local searches, in French and English. A company-branded email address forwarded to both personal mailboxes. Completed jobs are entered by the client in their dashboard and appear automatically on the right page.
One hub per activity
The home page presents both divisions on one screen, then each has its own landing page with its logo, colour, job steps, commitments and services. The legal notice details both entities. One Google Business profile per activity can point to its own hub.
A page per service and per department
Nobody searches for "multiservices", they search for "asphalt Vinay" or "hoarding clearance Drôme". Ten service pages and eight department pages answer those searches, each with its own text, towns and FAQ. The sitemap holds 52 URLs in French and English.
The right tone on the cleaning division
People who contact Cleaning 38 are often going through a hard time. The page was written around the human side: first conversation, sorting together, discretion, no judgement. The more direct wording of the public works pages would not have fitted here.
Jobs published by the client
Each completed job is entered in the Zelyntis dashboard with its photos, town and division. It then shows up on the projects page, the relevant hub and the department page, with no action on our side. The site grows at the pace of the business.
A company-branded email address
Contact went through a Gmail address. A domain-branded address was created, forwarded to both owners' mailboxes, with a phone setup guide. A quote sent from contact@mgmsmultiservices.fr does not read like one sent from Gmail.

Frequently asked questions
Why a single domain for two companies?
Because both share the same owners, the same phone number and the same area. One domain concentrates authority in Google's eyes and halves the costs. Each activity keeps its hub, its logo and its Google profile.
How long did it take to go live?
The site went live the day the domain was bought, from a mock-up approved in a meeting. Service and department pages followed within two days.
Can the client add their own jobs?
Yes, from their dashboard, with photos, town and division. The job then appears on the right pages of the site with nothing else to do.
